Commercial Solar & Battery Installers in Wetherill Park
Wetherill Park is one of western Sydney’s biggest industrial areas, full of warehouses, factories and workshops with large metal roofs and machinery running through the working day. That combination is ideal for solar. We come out from our Narrabeen base to install commercial solar and batteries for businesses in Wetherill Park and the surrounding suburbs, and residential systems for local homes too.
Our services
Commercial solar
A factory or warehouse that runs compressors, lighting, refrigeration or machinery during the day can use most of what its panels produce. We review your interval data and bills, then propose a system sized to your load.
Business and home batteries
A battery can store excess midday solar for late shifts or evening use. Batteries are cheaper thanks to the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program. We apply the discount upfront, so there’s nothing to claim later. Until 31 December 2026 it’s about $270 per kWh for the first 14 kWh of usable capacity at today’s certificate prices, tapering for larger batteries, and it reduces again on 1 January 2027.
Residential solar from 6 kW
For homes in Smithfield, Bossley Park and Prairiewood, our systems generally start at 6 kW and are sized from your bills.
NSW households can also get a one-off incentive for signing their battery up to a virtual power plant (VPP), under the state’s Peak Demand Reduction Scheme. It applies to up to 28 kWh of capacity and is paid through participating VPP providers.

What to check before solar goes on an industrial roof
Industrial roofs are big, but they need checking. We look at the roof sheeting’s condition and age, the purlins and structure, and any skylights or ventilation that reduce usable space. If the roof needs replacing in the next few years, it’s usually better to do that first. Business tariffs often include demand charges, so we’ll look at how solar and a battery affect your demand as well as your energy use.
System size changes the rules. Systems up to 100 kW generally earn small-scale technology certificates upfront, while larger systems are treated as large-scale under the Renewable Energy Target and are paid differently. Bigger systems can also need more detailed network approval. We’ll explain what applies to your site before you commit.
Frequently asked questions
How big a system does my business need?
It depends on your daytime load. We look at your interval data and bills to size the system so you use most of what it makes.
Does my roof need replacing first?
Not always. We check the sheeting and structure. If replacement is due soon, it’s usually cheaper to do it before the panels go on.
Which network is Wetherill Park on?
Endeavour Energy. We handle the connection application.
