Our systems generally start at 6 kW. We size the system from your bills and only use the roof areas that get enough sun to be worth it.
Home batteries
Store what your panels make during the day and use it at night. Batteries are cheaper thanks to the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program. We apply the discount upfront, so there’s nothing to claim later. Until 31 December 2026 it’s about $270 per kWh for the first 14 kWh of usable capacity at today’s certificate prices, tapering for larger batteries, and it reduces again on 1 January 2027.
Commercial solar

Solar under tall trees
Shade on even part of a panel string can drag down its output. Where shade is unavoidable, we can use microinverters or panel optimisers so each panel works independently, and we place panels on the parts of the roof that get the most sun in winter, when the sun is lower and shadows are longer.
Trees are protected in many parts of Hornsby Shire, so don’t remove or heavily prune anything on our account. Check with Hornsby Shire Council first. Homes backing onto bushland may also be in a bushfire-prone area, so we consider where the inverter and battery are mounted and install batteries to the Australian standard, AS/NZS 5139.
